Billing and rates
Our attorneys have access in our office to technology and database services that provide efficiencies, savings we pass on to our clients. Divorce and family law services are billed on an hourly basis, criminal defense representation is billed hourly and at a flat rate, and billing for a personal injury case is contingent on successful recovery for the client (The attorneys do not get paid until the client collects.)
